eCollect is a system developed by CMS to allow clients to place accounts for collection via the Internet. This system provides our clients with a comprehensive solution for online account turnovers. Users have the option of submitting accounts individually, or of submitting several accounts at once by grouping them together. Users can also access history reports showing turnover totals over a given date range.
The eCollect online turnover system is exclusively for the use of CMS clients. Existing clients must register in order to use this service.
